Welcome again.I wakeup early.Because today is Friday.At evening maybe at 4 p.m i participate at polibriged at Ulu Bendul.Maybe 86 student can participate this program.

First day...

6.30pm-Arrive at basecamp.
7.00pm-Briefing and suffer..
9.00pm-Making a 'khemah' and choosing the base..
10.00pm-Briefing again.

1.00 a.m-Sleep and rest..

7.00 am-Jogging and riadhah
9.00 am-Breakfast
10.00am-Briefing about program at night..
8.00 p.m-Presentation..
2.00 a.m-Night walk

6 a.m-Water confident
7.00 a.m-'Pengurusan diri,Senaman..'
9.00 a.m-Explorerace..
2.00p.m-Kawad,Watikah Terakhir..
4.00 p.m:Arrive at Poly..

I do'nt remember that the time of program.But i remeber the rough of tentative program.
P/s:I do'nt have enough time to describe detail about program.But i try to show the picture at program Ulu Bendul,n9.I miss this place...Maybe i come again...
